PHASE TWO is what I'll refer to as "leaders who think in the form of a question". ⠀

Along with their curiosity and multi-pronged approach to EVERYTHING comes detailed action plans. ⠀

Phase two houses your partners in communication, policy, and procedure. They naturally think in concrete terms. Their language might include words like action, outcome, result, plan, committee, dialogue, and agenda. They appreciate composition, linguistics, and debate. They consume information. ⠀

Phase two is where the thought leaders and organizers thrive. Their routine job roles might include: administrator, crisis manager, risk manager, educator, pastor, writer, speaker, lawyer, CHRO, COO, strategist, coach, union organizer, project manager, director, or recruiter. ⠀

They know how to mobilize people and execute the mission. They consider outcomes and set benchmarks. (Even in their spare time they may find something to lead and coordinate) ⠀

Tag your friend who plans every detail of the vacay and/or uses lists, scenarios, and cost-benefit analyses to make every day decisions. Tag your friend who when you ask for a recommendation or referral they respond in 15 minutes.
