About Me

Greetings and Salutations, Liza Smalling here!

I teach leaders to develop a vision, mission, and strategy for making an impact in every area of life.

As an Executive & Leadership Coach, I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, across all industries, wherever they are in their career. My goal is to help you build resilience, adapt to challenges, and enhance your technical skills with strong interpersonal abilities so you can succeed both inside and outside of your organization.

Leaders can be found everywhere - from the boardroom to the classroom to the dining room. I believe that leading is a profound responsibility, one that brings honor but also comes with its own set of challenges. I want to help you overcome those challenges once and for all!

I’m a Culture Change Agent and Leadership Development Expert. My superpower is matching human capital to business strategies.

My professional work experience includes executive coaching, life coaching, operations, business strategy, and management in private sectors. I am an ICF Credentialed Coach. I have a B.S. in Business Management and a M.A. in Organizational Leadership. My primary roles over the past 17 years include executive coach, trainer, mentor, and operations executive.

Master leadership skills and an intrinsic ability to understand others serve as the two pillars of my career.

I developed the INSIDE JOB programs to ignite and elevate leadership potential in others. As your dedicated partner, I’ll help you identify growth opportunities and bridge gaps, empowering you to achieve maximum impact and reach new heights in your leadership journey.

My practice is focused on unlocking your full potential as a leader—from within. Because true impact starts with “I.”
